The Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Little Leaf ABA, you will be delivering a 1:1 therapy in various settings including clients' homes and/or school settings. With guidance from our experienced clinicians, you'll implement personalized ABA programs, track client progress, and collaborate with parents and other professionals to create tailored interventions.

Your Adventure Includes:

• Implementing personalized ABA programs with the support of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collecting and reporting data on client progress.

• Using a variety of fun materials to encourage skill-building and behavior change.

• Working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to make a big impact!

What We're Looking For:

• RBT Certification: A must-have!

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Transportation: A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and up-to-date insurance are required.

• Experience: Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst) is a plus!

Bonus Points For:

• CPR/BLS certification (if applicable).

• TRICARE Certification preferred.
