Job Description

We're seeking a proficient Data Entry Clerk who will be responsible for playing a crucial role in ensuring our database contains accurate and current information that's readily accessible. We anticipate you to be adept with computers, a quick typist, and meticulous in your work. An understanding of data confidentiality principles is essential.
Duties:

• Responsible for data entry receiving/repacking entries into system and related charges.
• Responsible for inputting intercompany charges
• Assist with research and filing
• Collect data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Reconcile and report any discrepancies found
• Support the accounting team as needed.
• Prepare and complete reports and projects as requested on an ad-hoc basis
• Ability to work proactively, prioritize tasks and to manage time effectively
• Work effectively and efficiently in cross-functional departments including sales, operations, logistics, shipping and receiving

Skills/Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Good practical experience with word processing tools and spreadsheets such as MS Office Word, Excel, etc.
• Fast typing skills with close attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
• Punctual, and consistent attendance, and ability to work overtime, nights and weekends if needed
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; with responsive feedback at all times.
• Must be able to read, speak, and write in English
