  • Manage monthly advertiser campaign by updating our project management tool (Asana)
  • Create comprehensive project documentation, and audit editorial spreadsheets for workflow optimization
  • Support the Editorial team to ensure Editors feel both confident in putting forth their best work and comfortable enough to spark collaborative conversations regarding processes

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

  • 2+ years of project management experience or a similar role with a portfolio of work that shows success at collaborating with several teams across business categories, including distribution, art, sales, and data teams
  • Well above average organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Open and responsive to feedback to improve the quality of work and performance
  • Experience auditing, finessing, building, and maintaining processes to maximize efficiency and workflow optimization
  • Can work calmly under pressure, proactively communicate, and meet tight daily deadlines with a strong sense of accountability
  • Confidence and flexibility to solve challenges and maintain progress
  • Platform-specific knowledge—Asana, Google Workspace, SEO tools, Looker Studio, etc.
