• Skilled at art direction, brand development, image curation, visual storytelling, layout, form and color.
• Manage campaign art direction end-to-end (from concept to production) across mediums including video, digital, social, OOH, on-platform ads, direct mail, collateral and more.
• Establish mechanisms and audit work to maintain consistent brand standards across all customer-facing touch points of marketing programs.
• Plan project timelines and budgets and allocate appropriate creative resources to projects.
• Establish and maintain a high creative bar of excellence.
• Comfortable taking ownership in an ambiguous environment.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of design experience.
• Have an available online portfolio.
• Implement and optimize digital production workflows and processes.
• Manage the entire digital production lifecycle from concept to delivery
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suit applications, with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat using macOS.
• Knowledge of branding guidelines and corporate identity, visual design, print and digital layout design.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
