RAMP certification is preferred. We offer a respectful, team-oriented environment, consistent hours, and opportunities for creative input.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests in a friendly, warm and professional manner, taking drink orders and making recommendations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, garnishes, and spirits
  • Accurately process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service, adhering to all legal requirements
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, and stocking bar supplies
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to develop and contribute to the creation of new drinks and seasonal additions
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to prepare house-made cocktail ingredients, including but not limited to tinctures, syrups, amari, shrubs, fresh juices, house cocktail spirit batches, ices, and specialty garnishes
  • Maintain all health and safety standards for the bar area

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bartender in an upscale or high-volume restaurant/bar setting
  • Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
  • Strong mixology skills and creativity in drink preparation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a passion for hospitality
  • Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items (e.g., cases of liquor, kegs) and stand for long periods
  • A team player with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
  • Punctual and dependable
  • RAMP certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

What We Offer:

  • A respectful, team-oriented front-of-house environment
  • Consistent hours and a clear structure
  • Opportunities for creative input on the bar program
  • Healthcare benefits and paid vacation
  • Competitive pay, tips, and daily staff meal included

We’re looking for someone who understands that a great drink experience is an art—and who wants to be part of a tight-knit, professional team.
