Worksite Location: West Des Moines, IA
Compensation: $20.42 per hour

What you will do as the Billing Account Support Specialist:

Support billing and account administration for advisory accounts
Manage billing changes, exclusions, and ADV-2B updates (advisor/rep changes)
Scrub and update account documentation (e.g., addresses), mail merge and prepare for mailing
Assist with tasks outside billing, including basic pricing-related items
Provide back-office support
Ensure high attention to detail and process accuracy

What you will bring to the Billing Account Support Specialist role:

Banking/insurance background is helpful
Knowledge of Docupace, Pinpoint, and Salesforce
Possess high attention to detail and accuracy
