TBA Home Loans is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Branch Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed individual with origination experience, who may not have prior management experience but possesses the drive and potential to lead a successful team.

About Texas Best Agency
TBA Home Loans is a recent start-up wholesale broker shop, located in the heart of The Woodlands, Texas which is in partnership with a long-standing insurance agency, Texas Best Agency. The combined offerings provide buyers a 1 stop shop service and cross referral opportunities for new purchases and refinancing. Currently seeking a highly motivated Branch Manager to help recruit and coach a team of 'A-Player' loan officers.

Responsibilities
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

1.Leading and developing a high-performing team of mortgage professionals
2.Overseeing day-to-day branch operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
3.Cultivating relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry partners
4.Driving branch performance and meeting business targets
5.Consistently hitting sales targets to lead by example.

1.A valid mortgage license with proven origination experience
