As a part of our expanding team, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Campaign Manager specializing in Seeding and Affiliate Marketing to oversee and execute campaigns that maximize affiliate partnerships and product seeding efforts.

Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Campaign Manager to lead our seeding and affiliate marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive brand awareness and conversions through influencer seeding and affiliate networks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to ensure successful campaign execution and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and manage seeding campaigns and affiliate marketing programs aimed at increasing brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, bloggers, and affiliates.
  • Work with influencers and affiliates to ensure timely content delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.

• Affiliate Network Management:

  • Manage affiliate partnerships and negotiate terms to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Track and analyze affiliate performance, providing regular updates on campaign success and ROI.
  • Optimize affiliate programs to maximize engagement and drive sales.

• Seeding Campaign Management:

  • Oversee product seeding initiatives to influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to create buzz around new product launches or seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of seeding campaigns through social media tracking and reporting.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure the content and messaging align with campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with data and analytics teams to gather insights, optimize campaigns, and refine strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and platforms.

• Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track campaign metrics and provide detailed reports to key stakeholders.
  • Use data insights to refine and improve future campaign strategies.
  • Report on affiliate performance and seeding campaign outcomes.
    

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  
• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital campaign management.
  
• Proven experience managing successful seeding and affiliate marketing programs.
  
• Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking systems, and influencer platforms.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to analyze campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, affiliate tracking platforms, and social media insights.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a fast-paced agency or e-commerce environment.
  
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
