Job Description

Location: NAZARETH, PA Preferred Schedule:

7 DAYS A WEEK. 10AM - 3:30PM

SUNDAY AFTERNOON - 1PM-5:30PM

Description of the Role: We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Direct Care Worker at AbaCares Services in NAZARETH, Pennsylvania. This role requires individuals to work on Sundays to Wednesdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the necessity of owning a vehicle for transportation to work. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required. Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and support to clients
Assist with daily living activities and tasks
Implement individualized care plans
Document client progress and behavior

Requirements:

Must have a reliable transportation
Prior experience in direct care or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
