Change Management Consultant

Hybrid – Local to Atlanta/ Part-time role (20 hrs./week)

Lake Shore Associates (LSA) seeks a Change Management (CM) Consultant adept in spearheading global change management initiatives spanning diverse capabilities to expedite transformative endeavors. We prioritize candidates boasting a robust track record in crafting and executing change management using the Prosci and ADKAR framework. You will Identify impacts, develop personas, and build a plan from the current to the future state.

T he Skills You Bring

· Manage and implement core CM activities (change planning, stakeholder engagement, change impact, organizational readiness, process documentation, communications, and training materials).

· Facilitate change management tasks and the creation of deliverables.

· Assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of awareness, performance, and readiness for change.

· Align key organizational stakeholders to the change.

· Partner with organizational leadership, communication, learning, and business support teams with integrated change management activities for all target audiences.

· Identify potential resistance areas of the affected audiences and create mitigation plans and activities to reduce project risks.

· Prepare comprehensive change and transition plans.

· Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.

The Expertise You Have

· A minimum of three years’ experience in Change Management consulting is necessary.

· Experience managing change on a global scale, working across business entities in multiple countries.

· Proven experience deploying and executing industry-standard Change Management. Methodologies such as Prosci, Adkar, etc. certification preferred.

· Experience with the Planview and Accolade tools is a plus.

· Excellent writing and oral communication/presentation skills.

· Experience with the following industries/knowledge areas is desired: Product Management, Stage Gate Processes, Supply Chain, and Food and Beverage.

· Bachelor’s degree required.
