Summary/objective
The primary functions of the Clinical Health Screener are to conduct telephone screening interviews and may schedule patients for office visits and colonoscopy appointments.
Essential functions - Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
Conduct telephone screening interviews with patients prior to colonoscopy
Provide written and verbal dietary and procedure prep instructions
Scheduling
Cross trained to assist in other positions as needed

This position is full time, Monday through Friday.
This position will be located in our Salinas Office.Physical demands
Sitting up to 8 hours per day

Required education and experience
Bilingual in English/Spanish required
Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally verbally and in writing
Must have excellent penmanship
Minimum of one year experience in medical scheduling
Recent knowledge of medical terminology
Work well with patients, physicians, management, and staff
Must have strong attention to detail
Strong data entry skills required
