Job Description

Talent Depot hiring on behalf of a valued customer is seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to support the Naval Branch Health Clinic (NBHC) in Gulfport MS. This role offers a unique chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Military Members their Families and Veterans by providing essential mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations using clinical interviews testing and collateral sources.
  
• Establish psychiatric diagnoses following DSM guidelines.
  
• Deliver both individual and group therapy to assist patients in managing mental health conditions or coping with injuries/illnesses.
  
• Support patient rehabilitation and recovery as part of Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury initiatives.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education : Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APAaccredited program.
  
• Internship/Residency : Completed APAaccredited internship in psychology.
  
• Experience : Minimum 1 year as a licensed Clinical Psychologist.
  
• License : Active unrestricted clinical psychologist license from any U.S. state.
  
• Certification : Current AHA or ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
  
• Security : Ability to pass a government background check.

Work Schedule:

• Monday Friday: 8.5hour shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. including a halfhour lunch.
