Job Description

Title: Corporate Administrator

Working schedule: EST time zone

Type of contract: Independent Contractor

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day company administrative tasks.

  • Coordinate, document and appropriately archive documentation including service agreements, disclosures, records, etc.

  • Manage and update the company intranet, staff resources and information.

  • Support calendar management and coordination of executive calendars.

  • Improve and create processes for Sharepoint filing systems and documentation.

 

Qualifications/skills:

  • Proficiency with Office system tools including Sharepoint.

  • Good intrapersonal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with cross-functional engagement, working across teams.

  • Attention to detail, proficiency in logistics management and careful task tracking.

 

Experience/education:

  • Minimum 5 years working with virtual teams, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company .

  • Undergraduate degree, plus any relevant administrative certification(s)
