The Marketing Creative Studio is seeking a Creative Project Manager to oversee the campaign creative development process. This critical role will work closely with in-house creative teams and external partners to ensure an end-to-end pipeline that maximizes productivity and quality of the work.
The Creative Project Manager is well organized and flexible, they can work with all levels of management, vendors and possesses strong project management ability. They will play a pivotal role in keeping projects moving internally and externally, managing both internal teams and external partners. They will perform a variety of duties to manage the day-to-day project execution including resource management, creating timelines, asset delivery, data entry and reporting. They will be tasked with managing work on multiple projects simultaneously and keeping all work moving forward efficiently. Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills are must-haves for this role.

Primary day-to-day contact with Marketing Creative team, external agency partners, Brand teams and key project stakeholders.
Responsible for the day-to-day management and ownership of global campaign creative plans, deliverables, and timelines.
Lead the creative process with leadership oversight by supporting all critical milestones from initial project conception through final delivery of assets.
Support and manage creative project workflows including proper briefing processes, project prioritization and resource allocation.
Manage internal and external creative reviews and approvals.
Proactively identify and develops solutions for specific project issues or potential roadblocks as they arise.
3 – 5 years’ in-house or agency experience in creative project management, creative operations, production or traffic management
Strong ability to maintain focus under pressure – keeps a positive, yet confident demeanor.
Drives and expects high standards for work output; accountable, assertive and dependable.
Demonstrates exceptional verbal and presentation skills – can quickly deliver key project highlights effectively across multiple levels of stakeholders.
Strong management skills and the ability to drive multiple complex projects forward simultaneously. Can escalate project issues effectively and generate solutions proactively.
Experience managing internal creative workflows of multidisciplinary campaigns – experience in design and/or production a plus.
Strong ability to work autonomously and within a matrix organization.
Relentless motivation to optimize internal processes
Experience with Workfront or project management system a plus
