Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas, including floors, restrooms, and office spaces.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing furniture.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests related to cleanliness and facility upkeep.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including the handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Perform seasonal cleaning tasks, such as window washing and deep cleaning carpets.
• Assist in moving furniture and other equipment as required for special events and meetings.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management in a timely manner.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Effective time management skills.

Desired Experience:

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commercial or industrial setting is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
