Customer Advocate - Fully Remote! 

EngageCX is a virtual call center offering fully remote opportunities with room for growth and advancement since 2009.

Campaign Overview:

We seek detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable making calls that average 18-20 minutes in length to complete a health risk assessment survey for new insurance customers. In this role, you must be comfortable using rebuttals and going off script when necessary while asking potentially challenging or sensitive questions about a customer's healthcare information. This position requires the use of dual screens, as you will have many tabs and various programs running at the same time. 

Hours of operation

This project works Monday through Friday.

Full-time 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Pacific - 40 hours weekly.

Our eight-day training begins Wednesday, February 5th.

Compensation:

Compensation is $20.00 per hour. 

EngageCX offers weekly direct deposits once set up in payroll, which takes two weeks.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Comfortable conversationalist who can handle an extended call (average 18-20 minutes.), utilize rebuttals, and go off script as necessary.
  • Ability to ask/navigate through potentially challenging or sensitive questions around a customer's healthcare information.
  • Familiarity with HRAs (health risk assessments) or any other healthcare-related surveys and health insurance sales and/or customer service, Medicare is a plus. 
  • Manage multiple screens, tabs, and platforms and be technologically savvy enough to troubleshoot devices when necessary.
  • Friendly and professional with a clear, concise speaking voice and proper use of the English language while offering quality customer service.
  • Distraction-free, secure, and quiet place to work.
  • Pass a complete Federal Felony and HIPPA background check. (This is at no cost to the applicant and does not include a credit check)

  • Windows 10 or 11 
  • Minimum 4.0 GB of Available RAM
  • Minimum of 1 GB of Physical Available Memory
  • Dual ear USB headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • Must be hardwired to your internet using an Ethernet cord.
  • Use of wireless, Satellite connections, or VPNs is prohibited.
  • Minimum 35 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload, and a ping of 10 or less with 99% connectivity to the internet provider.
