Acara, the premier provider for recruiting solutions, has partnered with our client in Cerritos to find our next generation of Customer Support  Representative

Location: Cerritos, CA

Shift: Mon- Fri 7 am-4 pm 

Pay: $19.00 - $26.50 p/hr. 

Requirements: Technical Customer Support Specialist experience or related 

Job Summary

This position is primarily responsible for assisting customers with any questions regarding products and services, describing the product evaluation and providing repair solutions 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Using LMS/CRM system to search case related information and answer customer questions;

Responsible for providing customer service, updating customers about the repair process, and answering any questions they may have

Record the communication with customers, ensure accurate information internally, and identify any areas for improvement for customer satisfaction; 

Be able to provide customer service independently and present the optimal service solution to customers; 

Explain in layman's terms how to resolve technical issues.
Has thorough technical knowledge of products and services

Works quickly and efficiently to resolve customer issues 
Remains calm and professional even when dealing with angry or abusive callers. 

Works quickly and efficiently to resolve customer issues 

Works well in a team environment.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills

  • Ability to type 30 words or more per minute.
  • Fluent in 2 or more languages preferred.
  • Previous customer service and/or call center background is preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge about products is a huge plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to use Internet Software; Word Processing Software (Word); Google Docs Software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ZenDesk

Job Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an account specialist, customer support, or related role
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, Google Docs, and CRM software

PREFERRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate Degree
  • Experience with drones
  • Experience with ZenDesk (CRM software) 
  • FLUENT in Two languages
