Position Overview

As a Life Insurance Agent, your primary focus will be serving Veterans by providing them with essential benefits and helping them qualify for Permanent Veteran Life Insurance. This insurance offers immediate payouts for any cause of death, filling gaps not covered by VA benefits.

You'll connect with Veterans, deliver benefit reviews using a proven script, and conduct presentations via Zoom. With free leads provided, you'll have the tools you need to succeed in this commission-based, independent role.

Key Responsibilities

Appointment Setting: Manage your schedule by booking your own appointments using company-provided leads and referrals from previous presentations. Build a steady pipeline to consistently conduct three presentations per day.
Serve and Educate: Provide personalized service to Veterans and their families, delivering prequalified benefits with professionalism. Use needs analysis to recommend coverage options that meet their protection needs.
Lead Generation: Develop skills to gather 5-10 referrals per presentation, ensuring a consistent stream of new clients.
Training & Mentorship: Participate in daily training and mentorship sessions to refine your skills. Be open to learning and developing the ability to train and mentor others.
Agency Building: Recruit, train, and mentor new agents weekly. Help your team grow and achieve success, fostering a thriving agency.

What We're Looking For

A motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to succeed.
U.S.-based candidates, 18 years or older, who can pass a background check.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
No prior experience is required—comprehensive training is provided!
