Independent Insurance Agent (1099, Commission-Based Only)

About the Role:
We're looking for enthusiastic Life Insurance Agents to work remotely, helping Veterans access free benefits and qualify for Permanent Veteran Life Insurance, designed to cover burial and final expenses. This insurance provides immediate payouts for any cause of death. You'll receive free leads, schedule your own presentations, and deliver scripted benefit reviews via Zoom.
What You'll Do:
Client Engagement: Work directly with Veterans and their families to provide personalized service. Present prequalified benefits professionally, assess their needs, and recommend the right coverage options.
Lead Management: Utilize company-provided leads and "Plus Leads" from your customer interactions to ensure a steady stream of client presentations. Aim to schedule and deliver three presentations daily.
Referral Generation: Skillfully gather 5-10 qualified referrals per presentation, building an ongoing pipeline of opportunities.
Mentorship & Training: Participate in daily mentorship and training sessions to refine your skills. Be open to coaching and learn to mentor others.
Team Building: Recruit, train, and support new agents, empowering them to succeed. Aim to recruit one new agent weekly and help them thrive in this role.
What You'll Bring:
Self-motivation with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Must be 18 or older.
Ability to pass a background check.
Availability to work within the U.S.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
No prior experience is needed—comprehensive training is provided.
