About the Client
The client's company is a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to provide top-tier administrative support to the CEO. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can handle a wide range of tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
* Handle confidential information with discretion.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Conduct research and compile data as needed.
* Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
* Manage and prioritize email communications and respond on behalf of CEO when required.
* Monitor and follow up on important tasks and deadlines.
* Coordinate virtual events, meetings, and conferences.
### Requirements
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in managing remote communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
* Experience supporting C-suite executives.
* Familiarity with digital marketing and social media management.
