Job Description

About the Role:

As a fully remote Closure Level Sales Representative, you will play a key role in guiding individuals towards financial freedom by helping them resolve their debt through personalized financial programs. Your expertise in phone sales and consultative approaches will enable you to connect with clients across the country and support them in finding the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess clients' financial situations and credit accounts remotely, helping them identify the best path forward.
Build strong relationships with clients by gathering important information through inbound calls.
Educate clients on available financial solutions and guide them in making informed decisions to resolve their debt.
Use consultative sales scripting to present tailored debt relief program options.
Make outbound calls to warm leads and follow up with clients via email and text to ensure they have the information they need.
Continue to enhance your sales skills and strategies, with no cold calling involved.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of phone sales experience, preferably in the debt settlement industry.
Proven success as a Closer in sales, with a strong passion for helping clients and a deep understanding of consultative sales methods.
Excellent listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate online tools effectively.
A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Self-motivated, driven, and eager to achieve success in a performance-based environment.
