If so, the Department of Industrial Relations’ (DIR) Facilities Branch is looking for you! As a DIR Facility Analyst, you’ll provide facility planning and management services for over 40 DIR statewide offices and assist with general maintenance services for over 450,000 leased square feet. Facilities Analysts manage multiple facilities-related projects ranging from minor tenant improvements such as re-paint and installation of new floor coverings, to space planning for office moves and new construction. You will manage a portfolio of leased sites for the Department and will have the opportunity to work independently in a hybrid telework environment. You will also work collaboratively with the Facilities Branch on large scale projects and occasionally travel to DIR offices. The DIR Facilities Branch provides opportunities for creativity and problem-solving. You will join a team of professionals supporting the DIR’s mission to improve working conditions for employees in California. You can expect to engage with DIR stakeholders including our workers’ compensation, labor enforcement, and Cal/OSHA teams.
