Job Description

The Fleet Manager will oversee and manage the operations of Weee! Logistics fleet of vehicles. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective use of the companys vehicles while ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations and maintenance schedules. The Fleet Manager will work onsite 5 days a week in Milpitas, CA.

  • Generate reports on fleet performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Lead and support Fleet Coordinators/Supervisors in executing fleet activities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management
  • Proven ability to handle data and create pivot tables for decision-making
  • Experience managing multiple sites for fleet operations
  • Strong partnership-building and consensus-building skills across organizational levels
