Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer III to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining web applications using a variety of stacks such as:

  • React, Node.js, SQL Server, and Snowflake environment.
  • Angular, C#, SQL Server.
  • React, Python FastAPI, Postgres.


The ideal candidate should be proficient in both front-end and back-end development , with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Front-End Development:
    • Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces.
    • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize for mobile responsiveness.
    • Collaborate with designers to create an intuitive user experience (UX) and implement UI components.
    • Utilize modern frameworks to manage application state.
  • Back-End Development:
    • Design, implement, and maintain APIs and microservices. 
    • Integrate and manage databases, particularly Postgres and SQL Server, for data storage and retrieval.
    • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to connect to Snowflake for seamless data processing and integration.
  • Database Management:
    • Write and optimize SQL queries for performance in SQL Server.
    • Develop and maintain efficient ETL processes to load data into Snowflake.
    • Ensure the reliability and integrity of the databases by implementing effective error-handling, security, and backup procedures.
  • Collaboration and Code Quality:
    • Work closely with other developers, QA, and product teams to ensure timely delivery of features and fixes.
    • Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality, bug-free code.
    • Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and improve the quality of the codebase.
  • Deployment and Maintenance:
    • Deploy and maintain applications using cloud-based infrastructure.
    • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in a production environment.
    • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve application functionality and user experience.

As a Level III Full Stack Developer, you will be expected to be able to anticipate necessary efforts and be self-directed when appropriate. You will also be called upon to lead and mentor developers junior to yourself in best practices.

Additional responsibilities and skills include: 
  • Lead feature development and complex architectural changes.
  • Make critical decisions on system design, performance, and scalability.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
  • Drive best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Perform deep debugging and analysis of system failures, latency issues, and bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align business goals with technical execution.
  • Improve software development processes, introduce automation, and reduce technical debt.
  • Can lead projects independently from inception to completion.
  • Able to identify potential system weaknesses and proactively improve them.
  • Provides strategic guidance on scaling, monitoring, and securing applications.
  • Can troubleshoot and resolve critical production incidents quickly.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency with databases, including advanced queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Snowflake or similar data warehousing solutions.
  • Solid understanding of modern front-end technologies.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
  • Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with GraphQL and WebSocket for real-time communication.
  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
  • Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL frameworks.
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes and experience with tools like Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
