Responsibilities:

As a General Handyman at QuickFix Services LLC, you will work on various maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:

• General Maintenance: Conduct repairs and routine maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
• Plumbing: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems such as pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
• Electrical: Repair electrical systems, including outlets, light switches, and wiring.
• Carpentry: Install and repair doors, windows, cabinets, and shelving.
• Roofing & Gutters: Inspect, repair, and replace roofing materials and gutters.
• Tarping: Install temporary tarps for emergency repairs.
• Flooring: Install and repair flooring, including tile, hardwood, and vinyl.
• Cabinet & Concrete Work: Perform repairs and replacements of cabinets and concrete surfaces.
• Painting & Power Washing: Paint and power wash interior and exterior areas.
• Masonry: Perform brick, stone, and chimney repairs.
• Water Heater Maintenance: Troubleshoot and maintain water heaters.
• Landscaping & Groundskeeping: Maintain lawns, trim hedges, and ensure grounds are well-kept year-round.
• Winterization: Prepare properties for colder months by weatherproofing doors, windows, and pipes.
• Parking Lot & Grounds Maintenance: Perform maintenance tasks for parking lots and grounds.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical skills across multiple maintenance areas.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Personal tools required for the job.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and quality.
