Responsibilities:

As a General Handyman at QuickFix Services LLC, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties. Whether you specialize in one area or have expertise in multiple trades, we welcome your skills. Key responsibilities include:

• General Maintenance: Conduct repairs and routine maintenance to ensure property functionality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Plumbing: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing components.
• Electrical: Repair electrical systems such as light switches, outlets, circuit breakers, wiring, and other electrical fixtures.
• Carpentry: Install and repair doors, windows, cabinets, shelves, and other carpentry-related tasks.
• Roofing & Gutters: Inspect, repair, and replace roofing materials and gutters to ensure proper drainage and prevent water damage.
• Tarping: Install temporary tarps during emergency repairs to protect properties from weather damage.
• Flooring: Install, repair, or replace tile, hardwood, vinyl, and other types of flooring.
• Cabinet & Concrete Work: Repair or replace cabinets, concrete driveways, walkways, and patio areas.
• Painting & Power Washing: Paint interior and exterior surfaces and power wash outdoor areas to maintain aesthetic appeal.
• Masonry: Perform masonry repairs, including brick, stone, and chimney work.
• Water Heater Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain water heaters for optimal operation.
• Snow Removal & Landscaping: Clear snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and parking lots; maintain lawns, trim hedges, and ensure well-kept grounds.
• Winterization: Weatherproof doors, windows, and pipes to protect properties during colder months.
• Parking Lot & Grounds Maintenance: Maintain parking lots by patching, painting, and ensuring proper drainage.
