Must Have Skills:
Proven 5-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in data analytics, Power BI, or data warehouse environments.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
Experience working with teams building Power BI reports, data visualizations, or business intelligence tools.
Familiarity with Snowflake or other data warehouse platforms.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.

Job Spec:
The Scrum Master will guide the team through Agile methodologies, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that the team adheres to Scrum practices while meeting delivery deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Scrum processes, experience with projects involving Data/Power BI reporting/ETL and familiarity with Snowflake data environments. You will play a key role in facilitating team meetings, resolving obstacles, and driving continuous improvement in the team's development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Scrum Leadership :
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement) to ensure smooth execution of Agile processes.
Act as a servant leader, helping the team to focus on delivering value while fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Guide the team in self-organization, helping them resolve conflicts and remove any impediments that could hinder progress.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure clear definition of user stories, prioritize the backlog, and refine the backlog based on business requirements.
Team Collaboration :
Work closely with the development team, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure all Power BI reporting and Snowflake data projects are aligned with business goals.
Encourage team members to provide regular updates and foster effective communication within the team.
Performance and Delivery :
Ensure that the team delivers high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards in alignment with business objectives and user requirements.
Monitor and report on team progress and velocity, adjusting as needed to improve delivery timelines and performance.
Proactively identify and resolve any obstacles or risks that may impact the team's ability to meet sprint goals.
Process Improvement :
Continuously identify areas for process improvement, proposing and driving changes to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.
Use retrospectives to gather feedback from the team and implement action items to improve future sprints.
