The Role:Greet every guest with a warm, genuine welcome that reflects MIRRA’s signature hospitality.
Manage nightly reservations and walk-ins using OpenTable , ensuring efficient and guest-focused seating flow.
Maintain accurate wait times and communicate delays or updates with kindness and clarity.
Coordinate seating strategy with service and management teams to optimize flow and guest satisfaction.
Respond to guest inquiries (phone, email, in-person) with grace and attentiveness.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand, entrance, and lobby area throughout the shift.
Anticipate guest needs, assist with special requests (e.g. birthdays, dietary notes, accessible seating)
Stay informed about the menu, nightly specials, and the restaurant’s story to engage with guests.
Support the FOH team as needed to ensure seamless operations and memorable service.
Uphold the tone, aesthetic, and service culture that makes MIRRA unique.
Friendly, gracious, and composed under pressure.
Experienced in hosting at high-volume, full-service restaurants (OpenTable proficiency preferred)
Naturally guest-focused and confident in communicating both with guests and coworkers.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
A team player who takes pride in elevating the overall guest experience.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
