Job Title:               Concierge
Reports To:           Front Desk Manager
FLSA Status:         Non-Exempt
Salary:                    $15.00 hourly

SUMMARY: Greek Peak – Hope Lake Lodge & Indoor Waterpark is hiring hotel concierge/ski check attendants for the 24-25 winter ski season. This is a seasonal position that will start in December. We have flexible daytime and evening shifts available. Must be at least 16 years old with valid working papers and have weekend availability. Employees who work a minimum of 2 shifts per week are eligible for a $15 employee season pass with complimentary rentals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Other duties may be assigned.)

1. Greet and assist all hotel guests during arrival and departure.
2. Properly store and retrieve hotel guests ski/snowboard equipment from the secure storage area.
3. Provides courteous guest service by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries and requests.
4. Informs guests of services available and assists in securing these services.
5. Follows established safety procedures and complies with all resort policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 1. Must be at least 16 years old with valid working papers.

4. Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational
5. Ability to explain various resort options to guest.
6. Professional manner, discretion, and appearance
7. Excellent verbal and written skills
8. Able to show initiative and make decisions
9. Proficient in appropriate computer skills and office equipment.
10. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms
11. Ability to lift 25 lbs. occasionally.
