Position Brief:● Industry: Education (Academic Extracurricular Programs)● Location: Beijing, China● Job type: Full time● Department: HR Department● Required experience: Minimum 5 yearsPosition Description:• Create and establish recruitment plan to recruit suitable employees for company• Provide logistical services, handle all administrative components of external affairsOffer assistance to other functions Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and implement human resource plan based on company’s development, expand and maintain recruitment channels, improve recruitment efficiency● Provide assessment to recruitment channels, effects and document any HR changes● Develop interview procedure, conduct and arrange interviews● Organize interview independently, including recruitment placement and management, resume screening, phone interviews, interview follow up, candidate evaluation, etc., as well as manage the entire process. ● Issue offer letters, organize labor contract sign, assist new employee hiring and on-boarding procedure● Collect applicants’ information, identify application materials and ID, conduct reference checks, and ensure accuracy of the applicants’ information ● Develop and update candidate inventory and establish candidate pipeline and activation plan● Prepare and conduct recruitment activities● Design recruiting position system, analyze headcounts allocation of recruiting positions, develop and improve sMonitor and manage the employees’ attendance, leaves, and conforming to the HR GuideSource and negotiate for the purchase of health checkup plan and other corporate needs● Conduct and coordinate daily office operation including but not limited to stationary sourcing, office cleaning, equipment management, office renting or moving, furniture sourcing, etc.● Provide logistic support company’s various activities and events.● Manage the logistic and reception work of events, conferences or meetings including but not limited to hotel booking and transporation or air fare purchasing for guests and colleagues, . Facilitate the travel trip booking and arranging● Coordinate between different departments● Represent company to maintain a good relationship with subordinate companies, relevant departments, government and other companies
