Gensco is looking for a
North Equipment Sales Manager to
lead our Sales Reps and Customers in Western Washington! Territory - Tacoma, Seattle, Everett, Kirkland, Bremerton, Olympia, Auburn, Bellingham, and Mount Vernon
(can be based out of any of these locations) Full-time - starting pay range is $135,000-$200,000 based on experience

Duties & Responsibilities - Develop and manage the implementation of Gensco’s HVAC Equipment business plans.
- Drive Gensco’s Equipment sales efforts
- Manages a Team of 8 Equipment Territory Managers
- Works closely with Senior VP of Equipment, VP of HVAC Supplies, the North Territory Sales Team, Equipment Sales Managers, Regional Operations Manager, Marketing, Pricing, Purchasing, and the Trane / AMS factory.
- Territory includes Trane, AMS, Ameristar and some Mitsubishi ducted sales at the Tacoma, Seattle, Everett, Kirkland, Bremerton, Olympia, Auburn, Bellingham, and Mount Vernon branches.
- Compensation Package includes - Salary, Bonus Plan, and a Ford F-150 truck with a gas card.
Education & Experience - 4-year college degree required
- Experience with a major equipment line is a plus
- Demonstrated success at management
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, outgoing, and able to recognize and meet challenges
- Customer service oriented, responds to customer issues with the proper sense of urgency, good at building customer relationships
- Team-oriented individual who works well in a group setting
- Highly credible, strong work ethic, high degree of honesty and integrity
