The Job:

As a fully remote Inbound Security Sales Associate, you will:

- Respond to incoming calls from existing customers.
- Present products and services tailored to customers' needs.
- Address customer objections by clearly explaining the benefits of our offerings.
- Note: This is a 100% inbound position focused on existing customers—no cold calling involved!

You'd Be a Great Fit If You Have:

- Previous sales experience, particularly in a call center environment.
- A track record of successfully upselling products.
- A strong desire to earn a higher income in a bonus-driven environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient computer skills, with the ability to multitask using various software applications.

Important Details:

- Fully Remote Position: Candidates must reside in and be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Availability: Open availability is required for the following hours of operation:
- Training: Monday - Friday, 10 am - 6 pm EST (2 weeks).
- Nesting: Monday - Friday, 10 am - 6 pm EST (2-3 weeks).
- Production Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 10:00 pm EST
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST
- Immediate Start Dates Available.
- Technical Requirements: A personal Windows computer with an up-to-date operating system, capable of connecting directly to a modem via Ethernet, with a minimum of 8 GB RAM and internet speeds of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
