Job Description

Serenity Healthcare is hiring an IT Network Specialist ON SITE for our corporate office located in Atlanta, GA. (N o relocation assistance is available.) RThis employee will be instrumental in supporting our clinics and corporate locations through reliable network and related services. The ideal candidate will have experience across the networking stack: physically pulling and terminating cables, connecting equipment, managing firewalls/routers/access points, configuring security cameras, and ensuring secure and proper access is provided as needed. What You Will Do:

• Regularly work in ceilings and walls, pulling low voltage network cables, properly terminating, and connecting / configuring networking equipment and cameras

• Coordinate with the IT department to ensure proper protocols, policies, security, and building codes are followed
• Manage problem resolution of network and IT incidents
• Recommend technology solutions and improvements for installation and support procedures
• Create and maintain network documentation

• Perform other related duties as required

What We Are Looking For

• High School Education or GED.

• Proven experience, knowledge, and understanding of the networking and wiring processes and equipment.

• Understanding of IT networks, software, hardware, firmware, and IP configuration/routing

• Ability to read and understand schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and instructions
• Willingness to travel regularly and complete jobs according to schedules
• Experience with Ubiquiti cameras and Unifi network equipment a strong plus
