The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, constructing, testing, and implementing parts of IT solutions using software development life cycle methodologies. Key responsibilities include: + Interacting with customers to understand their business environment, technical context, and strategic direction. + Defining project scope, plans, and deliverables. + Collecting, identifying, defining, and organizing detailed user and IT requirements. + Coordinating with others to analyze requirements and ensure solutions meet customer needs. + Confirming and prioritizing project plans and deliverables with customers. + Participating in IT solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions. + Applying metrics to monitor performance and measure key project criteria. + Preparing system documentation. + Establishing and maintaining security, integrity, and business continuity controls. + Analyzing and resolving business or technical problems using appropriate tools. + Participating in special studies and staying updated on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies. **Experience Requirements:** **Experience Requirements:** + Experience in Information Systems (IS). + Specialized experience in one or more of the following areas: + Assembly/Integration + Cross-discipline functions + Data engineering + Industry expertise + Knowledge engineering + Legacy evolution **Education Requirements:** **Certifications Required:** + Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) network support certification. + Operating System (OS)/Application certification. + IAT Level II certification. **Security Clearance:** + Must possess a Secret Clearance. **Education Level:** + High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED). _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
