About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic Italian-speaking Contact Centre Agents to join our team in Mosta, Malta . If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy assisting customers, and want to be part of a dynamic environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in Italian .
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up where necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service while meeting performance targets.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian (C1/C2 level) and good command of English (B2 level or higher) .
• Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre environment is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to customer needs.
• Must be currently residing in Malta and have the right to work.
