We are seeking a motivated Business Immigration Paralegal to assist with case preparation and filing for various U.S. business immigration matters. Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and file U.S. business immigration cases, including H-1B, L-1, PERM, I-140, I-765, and I-539.
· Work closely with attorneys and clients to gather necessary documents and ensure timely submissions.
· Review and proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.
· Maintain organized case files and track deadlines.
· Utilize MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat to manage legal documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
· College degree required.
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
· Legal or U.S. immigration experience is a plus but not required – we will train the right candidate!
· Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
