The landscape laborer performs routine tasks using standardized procedures specific to the landscape industry. Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Performs grounds keeping and building maintenance duties, including mulch, removing debris, and overall cultivation and landscaping care.
• Uses hand and riding mowers and trims and edges around walks, flower beds, and walls.
• Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes.
• Mixes fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides and applies with a backpack sprayer.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in grounds keeping.
• Exhibits attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Has the ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted.
