Position Overview:

Our Lead Product Designer will drive the design vision and user experience of our telehealth platform. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of key product initiatives and help shape the future of our patient and provider experiences. As a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams, you’ll lead the end-to-end design process—from discovery through delivery—while mentoring designers and advocating for design excellence across the organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a design leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about building innovative healthcare experiences that improve lives at scale.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership: Own and lead design initiatives across multiple product areas, setting a high bar for craft and user-centric thinking.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, Data Analysts, and other stakeholders to define the product vision, roadmap, and user experience strategy.
  • User Research & Insights: Conduct or oversee qualitative and quantitative research to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Translate insights into intuitive, elegant product solutions.
  • Experience Design: Lead the creation of user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that communicate interaction and design ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Design Systems & IA: Maintain and evolve our design system and information architecture to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility across all platforms.
  • Mentorship & Team Development: Coach junior and mid-level designers, providing feedback, fostering growth, and helping cultivate a strong design culture.
  • Advocate for the User: Ensure that user needs and accessibility considerations remain central throughout the product development lifecycle.
Feedback Loops: Establish strong feedback mechanisms (internal and external) to continuously iterate and improve the product experience.

You will likely have:

  • 6+ years of experience in UX or Product Design, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or principal-level role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work across web and mobile applications.
  • Proven track record designing B2C products that drive user engagement and business impact.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and interaction design.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.

You may have:

  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or regulated industries.
  • Background working in fast-paced, early-stage startups.
  • Familiarity with tools like Balsamiq, Miro, or user research platforms.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a remote-first environment.

Company Offers:

  • Platinum PPO Healthcare + Vision & Dental (Henry covers 99% for employees and 50% for their qualified dependents).
  • 401(k) with matching contributions beginning your first day.
  • Unlimited PTO (target of 4 weeks), 6 floating holidays, and 4 company observed holidays.
  • Fully remote position with occasional travel.
  • Impactful, rewarding work as part of a fast-growing brand helping thousands of people every day.

Equal Opportunity Statement:

Henry Meds is committed to promoting an inclusive work environment free of discrimination and harassment. We value a diverse and balanced team where everyone can belong.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Salary Range : $151,000 to $166,000 annually
