What You’ll Do:
Aggressively text, call and message inbound and outbound leads daily
Build rapport fast and move leads down the pipeline with confidence
Convert curiosity into commitment by scheduling in-home or virtual estimate appointments
Work closely with our field and sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff and high conversion
Track and update lead data in our CRM with surgical precision
Meet and exceed weekly contact and appointment-setting goals
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales
A high-energy communicator who thrives under pressure
Results-driven, competitive, and unapologetically persistent
Fearless on the phone and fluent in objection handling
Organized, tech-savvy, and CRM-proficient
Experience in water systems, home services, or similar industries a plus
