Note: This position requires employees to be on-site two days per week at the Overland Park, KS office (after 90 days of on-site training). Flexible work-from-home options are available for the remaining days.

Job Description

• Support attorneys with all phases of litigation in IP law
• Draft and file legal documents in federal courts
• Organize and manage discovery materials and document productions
• Coordinate schedules, deadlines, and court filings
• Assist in trial preparation and exhibit organization
• Maintain client correspondence and case files with high attention to detail

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience required
• Federal court filing experience required
• Strong knowledge of IP litigation is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office
