Start your new career as a Machine Operator with MAU at our client in Conyers, GA. As a Machine Operator, you follow established procedures and guidelines to perform tasks as part of the production process.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• 6+ months of previous experience in machine operation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Keen attention to detail
• Proactive self-starter who can work well without supervision
• Capacity to stand for the duration of the shift, work in varying temperatures and conditions (excessive hot/cold, dusty, dirty), bend, stoop, reach, and lift 50 pounds

What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator

• Work with senior IM team members to learn about daily pad quantities required and production methods involved
• Perform basic duties on the production line to ensure daily quotas are achieved
• Stack pads to prepare for forklift transport without being damaged
• Prepare pads for shipping
• Perform other duties as assigned
