Job Description

Our client a leading provider of HVAC services is seeking an experienced Maintenance / Repair Estimator to join their team. This role involves establishing and maintaining a reliable network of subcontractors accurately quoting maintenance and repair needs and engaging in technical sales. The ideal candidate will have a few years of specific experience in commercial HVAC estimating and a strong network in the industry.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain a reliable network of subcontractors.
Accurately quote maintenance and repair projects ranging from small $50 jobs to large $1.5 million projects.
Engage in technical sales to secure new business and projects.
Collaborate with 18 service technicians who may funnel leads to this role.
Manage the quoting and estimation process to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
Drive company car and adhere to company policies including random drug testing.

Qualifications

35 years of experience specifically in commercial HVAC estimating.
Proven ability to accurately estimate and quote HVAC maintenance and repair projects.
Strong network of subcontractors and industry contacts.
Excellent technical sales skills and ability to secure new business.
Clean drug test and ability to pass random drug tests.
Valid drivers license and ability to drive a company car.

Compensation

Commission structure: 2% net commission on net profit after the first million sold.
Note: Commission is subject to clawback if there is a loss of profits at the same rate.
