Overview

Prepare to dive deep into data, optimize campaigns, and uncover the trends that will drive our marketing strategies for healthcare organizations around the country. We’re looking for a Data Analyst who loves to analyze campaign performance data, develop data-driven narratives and provide actionable insights and recommendations in an agency setting. This role will play an important part to shape our rapidly evolving analytics practice, will build meaningful marketing models and will develop compelling data visualizations to complement our campaign efforts. 

Ideal candidates will oversee measurement plan strategy, collection, analysis, and interpretation of media performance across multiple campaign channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-ready dashboards and reporting. Additionally, this role will guide new process and analytics capabilities, validate and maintain data integrity and train an extended team on leveraging predictive and prescriptive marketing data.

Responsibilities

  • Report on campaign performance and optimize channels through A/B testing, KPI strategy and tracking, customer segmentation, attribution modeling, and data modeling.
  • Create actionable insights from complex data, and share compelling narratives with our performance marketing teams and clients to guide agile strategic recommendations and decisions.
  • Develop dashboards and resources to uncover opportunities for improvement, and drive smarter, data-driven decisions.
  • Foster an agile and data-driven mindset across the team by providing training, documentation, and support to improve understanding and engagement in campaign performances across clients.
  • Develop standardized metrics and forecasts to evaluate and benchmark short- and long-term planning that will help shape effective strategies to better meet client needs.
  • Assist in building out the agency’s analytics services and demonstrate an ongoing commitment to innovation that establishes the agency as an innovative leader in healthcare marketing analytics.
  • Design and conduct A/B testing and make recommendations for optimization
  • Produce and maintain data models, own data product development and liaise with strategic partners for data maintenance.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in data, measurement, ad tech, and targeting capabilities for select marketing channels, and support agency thought leadership and marketing by providing a strong point of view on trends, compliance changes, platform updates, and more related to analytics and measurement. Track campaign performance, audience segmentation, and revenue impact, and develop predictive models to forecast performance trends.
  • Support agency marketing through identification of case study material. 
  • Collaborate with clients with diverse tech stacks to ensure we efficiently leverage investments they’ve made in advanced analytics platforms, CRM, call tracking tools, and more in our measurement plans. 

Required Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data analytics, applied mathematics, or marketing.
  • Minimum four years of agency experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role, with expertise in turning complex data into recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics tools like SQL, Python, R, or BigQuery.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc.), and marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Fluency in MarTech tools like call tracking (Invoca, CallRail), CDP (Freshpaint, Segment), CRM (Salesforce), and others that may advance agency measurement offering
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clean, manage, and analyze large datasets and transform them into actionable insights that resonate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with data-based decision-making processes, with a passion for marketing performance analytics and optimization.
  • Familiarity with CRM integration for downstream ROI analysis and previous experience in healthcare marketing and healthcare compliance a plus.
