We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy and execution. In this pivotal role, you will work in lockstep with market and practice leadership to build and accelerate the sales pipeline and build the Pioneer brand nationally. You will also be responsible for developing our overall go-to market planning and managing high-impact programs, including new solution and product launches to our brand positioning in the marketplace. This position requires a people-oriented leader who can seamlessly collaborate with all Pioneer stakeholders and marketing partners team to translate strategic goals into tangible, measurable outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation for this role is a base salary of $80,000-$110,000. This is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skillset and years and depth of experience. This may differ from location to location. Bonuses and other incentives are awarded at the Company’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions.
