This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our company's growth trajectory.
Location
We are a semi-remote team, with hubs in San Francisco and Boston. While we welcome remote applicants, we prefer candidates located near our San Francisco hub to facilitate in-person collaboration and team building.
Key Responsibilities
As a part of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for driving impactful marketing strategies and executing a variety of activities, including:

You'll thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, and enjoy the opportunity to take ownership of projects and drive them from conception to execution.
Specific Tasks Include:
Lead Generation: Identify target customers and create outreach lists using tools like LinkedIn, RocketReach, and district websites.
Cold Outreach: Write and send personalized cold emails to prospective leads, working closely with team members to scale efforts.
Website Management: Help co-manage website content and copy to keep messaging fresh and aligned with current positioning.
Social Media Content: Create, post, and implement a broader strategy to grow our social media presence and community engagement.
Webinar Management: Organize and promote webinars, ensuring strong attendance and meaningful follow-up.
Content Creation: Write blog posts and repurpose content for different marketing channels.
Event Coordination: Oversee event logistics, including conference planning, booth setup, sponsorships, and post-event analysis.
Sales Support: Provide the sales team with necessary resources and answer questions to enable their success.
Qualifications
Experience: 4-8 years in marketing, with exposure to multiple functions (e.g., product marketing, demand generation, content creation, communications, events, social media). Strong experience in demand-gen and digital marketing is preferred.
Execution: Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
Skills: Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills. You should be able to plan campaigns, manage projects, and deliver high-quality content. Experience with design and reporting is a plus.
Adaptability: Comfort in navigating ambiguity and working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Canva, Asana, and others. Ability to learn new tools quickly.
Travel: Willingness to travel domestically for events and team gatherings (a few times per quarter). Must live within 45 minutes of a major airport (e.g., SFO, OAK, BOS).
Industry Experience: While not required, familiarity with the education or edtech space is a nice bonus.
