Your Role at Pace:

As a Material Receiving Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to receive and manage materials entering the facility. You’ll collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to ensure materials are accessible at every production phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize with ERP systems like Odyssey for shop order management.
  • Ensure accuracy in inventory cycle counts and physical verifications.
  • Participate in projects aimed at optimizing storage and transportation.
  • Understand the product flow from shop order inception to shipment.
  • Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols.
  • Liaise with vendors for material counts and receive shipments efficiently.
  • Validate time entries and manage weekly customer orders.
  • Address documentation discrepancies and collaborate for solutions.
  • Coordinate deliveries of metal and components.

What We Need from You:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills for team leadership.
  • Solid verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Basic math proficiency.
  • A keen focus on quality.
