**Epic Experience is REQUIRED** + Schedule and confirm patient appointments for clinic or lab visit. + Verify patient information and update medical records. + Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services and procedures. + Process patient check-ins and check-out + Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow. Skills + epic, medical terminology, customer service Additional Skills & Qualifications + EPIC is a must (1-2 years) + Previous experience in a medical office + Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
