BroadPath is thrilled to announce that we are hiring Bilingual (English/Spanish) Member Services Advocates for our Work at Home program. The successful candidate will provide timely, knowledgeable, and courteous responses to inquiries related to pharmacy, membership, and products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and support.

• Demonstrating strong soft skills, being kind, polite, empathetic with good attendance
• Working effectively in a fast-paced call center environment
• Demonstrating ability in using computer and Windows PC applications, including strong keyboard and navigation skills and learning new computer programs
• Having a strong desire and passion for working with the elderly
• Exhibiting excellent listening skills and oral and written communication
• Working regularly scheduled shifts within hours of operation including the training period, with the flexibility to adjust daily schedule and work overtime/weekends as needed
• Successfully completing Customer Service training classes and demonstrating proficiency of the material

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 yrs Medicare Advantage Claims and Customer Service experience along with DSNP Knowledge
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer/data entry skills
• Healthcare knowledge and/or experience with call center experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software programs
• Ability to work with peers in a team effort and independently resolve issues
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
