Your Role
BeaconMedaes, located in Rock Hill, South Carolina, is seeking a MyMedGas Credential & Data Steward to join our team. This role is focused on supporting and maintaining the data integrity of our ASSE credential scheme and database, with respect to administrative tasks and verifying applicants' documentation for MyMedGas Credentials LLC as well as the MyMedGas data quality.
Roles and responsibilities are the following:MyMedGas install base (50%) – Help maintain and educate the users of MyMedGas and SAP systems with respect to data integrity. Including but not limited to:
• Manage the migration of facility assets into the bulk import tool as required.
• Educate and create training for both manual and mass upload of assets in the field. Support users in the field with “product and asset” type questions.
• Work with the SAP BKU to clean incorrect install base records in SAP and MyMedGas (MMG) systems
MyMedGas Credentials LLC administration (35%) – Manage and maintain the examination and credential system(s). Including but not limited to:
• Administration of the back-end setup for the Learning Management System (LMS) and credential platforms. This includes creation of the approved content, flow, and integration of the systems.
• Review the student’s credentials and pre-requisites against the current MyMedGas Credential LLC “credential scheme” to determine eligibility for the credential. Correspond with the student if their information is incomplete or does not meet the scheme, providing support for the student with the reason for ineligibility. Ensures any questions are internally escalated to the Continuous Improvement Manager.
• Support students with questions regarding credentials, accessibility, etc.
• Migration of new students into our system
• Create and ship physical ID badges as needed, upon request by students.
• Schedule and lead credential scheme (ISO 17024) meetings with appropriate attendees, take meeting minutes, and record as needed.
• Carry out other administrative and data tasks related to ISO 17024
Personal development (5%) – Update job knowledge (for both MyMedGas offerings and functionality) by participating in educational training opportunities and participating as an active member of the MyMedGas development project team and compliance team.
Reporting (10%) – Prepare reports as assigned relative to activity, follow-up, service operations, and customer usage. Report on special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity, including recommendations for product additions and improvements, and integration services.
Perform other duties as assigned.
To succeed, you will need
Experience
• 3 years of relevant service experience, preferably in the medical or laboratory gas industry
Education
• Two-year degree in business or marketing or equivalent
Skills
• Basic NFPA99 knowledge as it pertains to medical gas applications.
• Knowledge of training activities and service operations
• Must be self-directed and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/ written communication skills
• Must have proven business analysis skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Knowledge of database applications is beneficial
Travel
• Travel may be needed on a very limited basis, advance notice will be provided.
