Job Description

MW Partners is currently seeking a Office Administration - Administrative Assistant to work for our client who is a leading global insurance company.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and correspondence.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate needs and address them proactively, demonstrating strong judgement and initiative.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and confidential demeanor.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Work flexible hours as needed to meet the demands of the role, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to add value from day one.

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
